Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Shotokan Shitoryu Karate Association New Zealand website www.sskanz.com (“Site”). By using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site and services.
To become a member of Shotokan Shitoryu Karate Association New Zealand, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18;
2. Fill out a membership application form;
3. Pay the required membership fees; and
4. Agree to abide by our rules and regulations.
By becoming a member, you agree to:
1. Attend classes regularly and participate in club activities;
2. Follow the instructions of our instructors and staff;
3. Follow our rules and regulations, including those regarding conduct and safety;
4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
5. Notify us immediately if your contact or payment information changes.
We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason at any time.
Membership fees are due and payable upon registration and are non-refundable. We may change our membership fees at any time but will provide notice of any changes in advance.
Payment for classes or events must be made in advance or at the time of registration. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. If you fail to pay for classes or events, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to us at +64 027 9363636. We do not provide refunds for membership fees or classes that have already been attended.
If we cancel a class or event, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid for that class or event.
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shotokan Shitoryu Karate Association New Zealand or our content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our Site without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
